The majority of my ideas stem from personal experiences. My interpretations are there to spur the observer to reflect about their own emotions, and the world around them. My mediums are painting, photography, print work, installation, sculpture and mixed-media, which seem to complement my ideas and allow my work to evolve through process and materials.
Manipulating or recreating existing items with a different material, purpose or identity, helps the scale of my work develop intuitively through the creative process. With this freedom to adapt work to my satisfaction, I enjoy composing the elements into installation pieces. I feel that my strengths are a combination of my reflective and analytical nature, and the passion and drive I put into my work. The infinite possibility for individual artistic expression, which Fine Art allows, inspires me to continue to create into the future . . .
